Matt Bush is an award winning professional photojournalist based in Hattiesburg South Mississippi. He was a formerly a staff photojournalist with the Hattiesburg American- a Gannett Newspaper. He was the recipient of the 2009 and 2010 Mississippi Associated Press Photo of the Year award and the 2009 and 2010 Mississippi Better Newspaper Photo of the Year Award along with countless AP, APME and BNC awards. He has experience in covering all types of stories ranging from Immigration raids, hometown features, disasters to Championship sporting events.

As well as providing still photographs from events he is well versed in multimedia journalism and video production.

His work has been published in USA Today, Esquire, New York Times, Women's World Weekly, The Sporting News, La. Times, Washington Post, The Christian Science Monitor, Seattle Times, The Wall Street Journal, Foxnews.com, Msnbc.com, Le Pointe Magazine and countless other newspapers, magazines and website.
